A reference to all the cuts of beef. Just so you know.

Personally I used to really like New York Strip. Although now thanks to my brother in law I'm being converted to the ribeye.

I got my cast iron ready and the methods in my head for this :)

Just in case though. 325 on the oven.
1 min sear on each side.
2 min on each side in the oven.
